            Biodegradable Resin PBAT/PBS

             

            Polyester company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Blue Ridge Tunhe Sci.&Tech. Co., Ltd, located in Changji city, an important node city of the "the Belt and Road".
            We are dedicated to the biodegradable and compostable resin PBAT and PBS products. The current annual
            production capacity is 130kt (one of the largest in the world), and 240kt of production capacity is under
            construction.
            Our plants are equipped with the world's most advanced facilities to produce regular and customized products such as PBAT, PBS, PBS-Bio, PBSA and PBST, etc.
            Tunhe’s PBAT and PBS have passed various international standards and regulations such as European
            Standards EN 13432 and American standard ASTM 6400. Beingcompletelybiodegradable and compostable, our resins eventually biodegrade into carbon dioxide, water and biomass under standard situations such as in soil or in other composting environments. Tunhe’s PBAT and PBS are also certified by European standard EN 13432, American Standard ASTM 6400, OK Compost Industrial, OK Compost Home, North American BPI,
            Australia ABAM, Japan JBPA, Korea Eco Labelas well as FDAand EU food contact regulations.
            Compared with other biodegradable plastics, PBAT and PBS have excellent mechanical performance, which almost same as PP and ABS, good heat resistance and outstanding processability allow it to be variously
            processed on conventional film blowing machine, it is the best biodegradable plastic in terms of processability in current market and can be blended with a great quantity of calcium carbonate and starch etc. to produce
            cost effective products.

            Application:Film bags, mulching films, paper coating, labels, 3D printing, other packaging materials.

            Storage:Temperatures during transportation and storage should not exceed 70 ℃. And the resin should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent moisture. Avoid contacting with soil, water and sludge,
            and no exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperature. The maximum shelf life is 2 years in ambient
            temperature of 23℃ if the package has been tightly sealed.
            Drying:It is recommended that material be pre-dried before optimum processing performance is obtained. If the moisture of the resin is less than 0.05% pre-drying is not required. Typical drying conditions:2 hours at
            80℃(175℉).
